Airport Welcome and Patient Guide in Antalya
When you land at Antalya Airport, a member of our team meets you at the arrivals exit with a sign showing your name. This page explains how the welcome works, how you get to your hotel, what happens on your first day at the clinic, which documents to bring and what is useful to know about the city. Reading it once before you book your flight is enough.

How the welcome works
Send us your flight details before you travel: flight number, arrival time and terminal. Our team meets you at the baggage hall exit. If your flight is delayed we track it, so there is nothing for you to do. After a short briefing you are taken to your hotel.
Transfer and accommodation
Your airport to hotel transfer is arranged for you. On treatment days, journeys between your hotel and the clinic are scheduled around your appointments. On your departure day you are taken back to the airport.
Your first day at the clinic
At your first appointment your dentist examines you, the necessary images are taken and your treatment plan is discussed with you. Once the plan is agreed, you receive it in writing with the schedule for each day. If anything in the schedule changes, we tell you in advance.
What to bring
- Your passport or national ID. Required for clinic registration and official records.
- A list of any medication you take regularly, and details of any allergies.
- Any previous X-rays, CT scans or treatment reports, digital or printed.
Around the clinic
There are pharmacies, shops and cafés near the clinic. If you need an out-of-hours pharmacy, reception can tell you which one is open.
Support during your stay
A support team is available throughout your treatment. If you have swelling, discomfort or a question about your schedule, write to them.
If you have free time in Antalya
If there is a gap between treatment days, there is plenty to see: the old town of Kaleiçi and the marina, the Antalya Museum, the Düden Waterfalls, Konyaaltı and Lara beaches, and the ancient sites of Aspendos and Perge. If you have had surgery, your dentist will tell you what you should and should not do that day. Plan around that advice.
In an emergency
The emergency medical number in Türkiye is 112 and the call is free. It is worth noting your country's consulate details in Türkiye before you travel. For anything related to your treatment, contact our support team first.

Frequently asked questions
My flight lands late at night. Will someone still meet me?
Yes. As long as we have your flight details in advance, the welcome is arranged whatever the hour.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes. Just send us their flight and accommodation details as well.
Do I need to fast before treatment?
Usually not, if local anaesthesia is planned. Patients scheduled for general anaesthesia are given separate fasting instructions.
When should I book my return flight?
Your dentist confirms a suitable date once your treatment plan is set. Confirm your plan before buying the ticket.
